The kind of fats found in natural animal products, such as organic meat or dairy is okay to eat in moderation, but not excessively. Try not to consume any trans fats, like hydrogenated oils.

If you want to stay motivated then a good thing to do is to get a partner or make a group. You can do things together at the same time such as going to the gym, walking or running. There are lots of different sports that are for two or more people like hiking or biking. When you make fitness a social activity, you won?t have to force yourself to do it, and you?ll probably even look forward to your workouts. As there are lots of people who also want to improve their fitness and lose weight, why not join up with them?
