Job Summary: This position is responsible for the development of functional specifications, system testing, and user training with regard to the LTCS division?s business systems. Processes include, but are not limited to, order entry, quotations, administrative workflow, industrial engineering, sales, accounting, credit, and marketing. In addition, this role supports the development of manufacturing processes as they relate to our primary business system, IFS.

Basic Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline. 2. Ability to think logically, critically and constructively about complex problems and evaluate/develop proposed solutions that address expressed needs 3. Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills, including the ability to address both technical and non-technical audiences 4. Ability to operate effectively either independently or in teams, making progress on tasks while dealing with potential process and project ambiguity. 5. Proficient in Microsoft products including Word and Excel 6. Ability to meet deadlines. 7. Availability to travel to other facilities both domestically and internationally. (up to 5% per year).

Preferred Qualifications: 1. Prior experience with leadership responsibilities specifically involving the management of a team and the execution of goals. 2. Previous Supervisor experience 3. Prior LTCS administrative quote/order processing experience. 4. Prior experience with translating user needs into functional software requirements. 5. Understanding of the administrative processes within the LTCS Division and how they interact with each other on a day-to day basis. 6. Experience with lean tools and concepts.
